Job Title: Land Development Manager
Job Location: Georgetown, TX
Salary: $115k-145K
Requirements: 3+ years of residential land development experience. Experience with entitlements, zoning and development for new residential subdivisions and MUDs requirement
 

Position Overview:
The Land Development Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of land development projects from initial planning through to completion. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and effectively managing budgets and timelines to deliver successful land development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the land development process from preconstruction through to project completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and municipal authorities to ensure project compliance and timely execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including entitlement and zoning applications.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to evaluate land use potential and constraints.
  • Develop project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence throughout the development process.
  • Monitor construction progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the development phase.
  • Facilitate communication between various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development and real estate projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Strong knowledge of land use regulations, zoning laws, and entitlement processes.
  • Experience with Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) and residential subdivisions.
