Job Title: Real Estate Associate Attorney
Job Location: Georgetown, TX
Salary: $130k-150k
Requirements: 3+ years of Real Estate legal experience and a Texas Bar License. Experience with Land Acquisition and Title review required. 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in various aspects of real estate transactions, including land acquisition, development, and title commitment. The position requires a strong understanding of real estate law and the ability to effectively draft and review transaction documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with real estate transactions and provide legal advice on land acquisition and development matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents related to real estate purchases, sales, and leases.
  • Conduct due diligence and prepare title commitments to ensure clear title to properties.
  • Collaborate with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Stay updated on relevant real estate regulations and laws in Texas to provide accurate legal guidance.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and discussions related to real estate agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Active membership in the Texas Bar Association.
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate law or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of land acquisition, development, and real estate transactions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
