Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in workers' compensation law and litigation, representing clients in a variety of cases. The primary objective is to advocate for clients' rights and ensure they receive the appropriate benefits and compensation for their work-related injuries.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in workers' compensation claims and litigation
Conduct legal research and analysis related to workers' compensation cases
Prepare legal documents, including briefs and motions
Advocate for clients during hearings and negotiations
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and options
Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations
Collaborate with medical professionals and experts to strengthen cases

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Proven experience in workers' compensation law and litigation
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of defense litigation is a plus
