Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in workers' compensation law and litigation, representing clients in a variety of cases. The primary objective is to advocate for clients' rights and ensure they receive the appropriate benefits and compensation for their work-related injuries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in workers' compensation claims and litigation
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to workers' compensation cases
  • Prepare legal documents, including briefs and motions
  • Advocate for clients during hearings and negotiations
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and options
  • Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and experts to strengthen cases

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Proven experience in workers' compensation law and litigation
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of defense litigation is a plus
