Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee construction projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will manage construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires extensive travel, as you will be responsible for multiple projects in different regions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are progressing according to schedule.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate project progress.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all job sites.
Monitor project budgets and schedules, and report on progress to stakeholders.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to specifications.
Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
Ability to travel frequently and adapt to various work environments.
Experience with Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) and Structural Steel projects is a plus.
Familiarity with Concrete Tilt-up construction methods is advantageous.
