We are one of the best Erector/Fabricators of Structural/Misc Steel in the Valley. As we grow, we are looking to add a General Superintendent to the team, with experience overseeing a team of Superintendents in the past.

Position Overview
The General Superintendent will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality control, adherence to safety standards, and efficient resource management. This role is pivotal in coordinating on-site activities, managing teams, and liaising with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all field operations to ensure the project is completed on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel and facilitate training as needed.
Assist in resolving any issues that arise during construction, including conflicts and delays.
Review plans and specifications to ensure the project meets structural and design requirements.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a General Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
Experience with Tekla or similar structural design software is preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
