We are looking for a Superintendent because of our backlog that will run us another 7+ yrs in the greater CLT Area.
Responsibilities
-Lay out work, coordinate work force
-Quality Control
-Maintain daily timecards, daily logs
-Monitor and make adjustments for deliveries.
-Monitor long lead items; follow and carry out company safety procedures
-Immediately notify project manager to process change orders and back charges as they occur. See that proper documentation has been performed prior to incurring either of these changes
-Superintendent must insure the safeguarding of all job materials, tools, equipment and work in place and is responsible for maintaining an adequate supply of labor and hire temporary labor if company forces will not suffice.
-Will be responsible for training and advancement of employees under his direct supervision and attend pre-construction meetings and progress meetings.
What You Need for this Position
At least 5+ recent years of experience Ground Up Construction or Larger T.I./Class A Interiors - $15M to $40M
-Must have proven history of completed ground up projects from start to finish within Commercial, Retail, Education, Healthcare, Industrial, Etc.
-Procore experience is also needed
-OSHA Cert.
