Site Work Superintendent - Mission Critical/Large Industrial Projects

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing the workforce and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders
Review and approve work schedules and project budgets
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
Resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction
Prepare reports on project status and performance

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of site development and dirt work
Excellent understanding of grading and construction processes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are a plus
