Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant specializing in SEC reporting to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will take a leading role in ensuring compliance with SEC regulations while providing accurate financial information to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review SEC filings, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and other required reports.
Ensure compliance with applicable SEC rules and regulations.
Conduct financial analysis and prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Oversee month-end close processes and ensure accurate reconciliations of accounts.
Assist with external audits and provide necessary documentation.
Monitor and enhance internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years focused on SEC reporting.
Strong knowledge of SEC compliance and reporting requirements.
Proficient in GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Experience with accounting software and tools.
Solid understanding of auditing and taxation principles.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
