Service Superintendent

Position Overview
The Service Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of service teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivering high-quality service to clients. This role involves managing budgets, optimizing processes, and leading maintenance activities to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee service operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Manage and allocate budgets for service projects and initiatives.
Lead and mentor service teams to improve performance and productivity.
Implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Ensure maintenance management practices are followed for all equipment and facilities.
Conduct regular quality assurance checks to maintain service standards.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand service needs and expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in service operations or maintenance management.
Strong understanding of safety compliance and quality assurance principles.
Proven experience in budget management and process improvement methodologies.
Excellent technical expertise related to service operations and maintenance.
