Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer accounts, and driving sales growth in the stormwater sector. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients through cold calling and networking efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our stormwater solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop brand strategies and promotional materials.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in a relevant industry.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with cold calling and lead generation strategies.
- Knowledge of stormwater management solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
