Sales Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in steam systems and boiler technologies, combined with excellent sales skills to effectively communicate with clients and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and demonstrate technical product information to potential clients, emphasizing the benefits and applications of steam boiler systems.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and propose efficient and effective heating solutions based on customer requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends in steam systems and boiler technologies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and technical proposals, ensuring all specifications and requirements are met.
- Provide training and support to clients on the operation and maintenance of boiler systems and heat transfer technologies.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives to expand the customer base.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales engineering, particularly within the boiler or steam systems industry.
- Strong understanding of heat transfer principles and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
