Successful recruiting is achieved through the ability to understand exactly the client's needs and the skill in identifying candidates that best meet that criteria. I am enthusiastic and passionate about my work and driven to ensure that my clients experience is a positive one. As your recruiter I will go that extra mile, finding the right candidate to allow you to continue to build on your company's success. Growing up, my family and I moved several times throughout the New England/New York area. Those experiences have given me the chance to be a part of many wonderful communities and develop a network of fabulous friends, or as we call them, extended family. I earned my BSBA from Bryant University majoring in Management. Currently, my husband and I reside in Franklin, MA and enjoy spending time and keep up with the busy schedules of our two boys. Over the years we have worked to teach them the importance of setting goals and, equally as important, following through. Can't wait to see them achieve their dreams! As an Executive Recruiter with CyberCoders, my role is twofold with the opportunity to not only fill crucial positions for you, my clients, but also to work with the candidates in finding their dream job.
