Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety regulations and fostering positive communication among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, labor, and resources to ensure project efficiency.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to communicate project status and address any concerns.
Review and approve project estimates and budgets, ensuring financial accountability and cost control.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Superintendent in commercial construction, preferably with multi-use and healthcare projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
