Project Manager (Multi-Family)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in multi-family construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of apartment developments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all aspects of multi-family construction projects from inception to completion.
Ensure that projects adhere to budgetary constraints and schedules.
Oversee the procurement of materials and subcontractors while maintaining quality standards.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management within the multi-family construction sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing multi-family apartment projects, preferably WRAP and Garden Style.
Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
