Land Surveyor/Senior Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor/Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage surveying projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy of survey data, coordinate with various stakeholders, and lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality results within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee land surveying projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
Perform accurate land surveys using various techniques and technologies
Utilize AutoCAD for drafting and designing survey plans
Coordinate with civil engineering teams to integrate survey data into project designs
Conduct geospatial analysis to support project objectives
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Lead and mentor a team of surveyors and technicians
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
Implement quality assurance protocols to ensure the integrity of survey data
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred
Proven experience in land surveying and project management
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other surveying software
Demonstrated skills in geospatial analysis and data interpretation
Experience in budgeting and financial management of projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards
