Title: Senior Project Manager - Data Centers, Mission Critical
Location: Dallas, TX or Houston, TX Offices - Some Travel as necessary
Salary: $150k-$200k+ - Depending on Experience
Requirements: 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on mission-critical or MEP-intensive projects, Data Centers, Procore, Outlook, Bluebeam, Accubid
What you will be doing:
Manage the full preconstruction process from project pursuit through handoff to operations.
Lead internal and external coordination of drawings, specifications, and scope development for white space/server hall build-outs.
Analyze design documents for completeness, constructability, and cost efficiency.
Develop clear scopes of work and bid packages for critical trades, with a strong focus on MEP, controls, containment, and electrical infrastructure.
Guide design decisions based on schedule, budget, and availability of materials and systems.
