Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a variety of interior commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction and tenant improvements, with experience in sectors such as corporate offices, healthcare, higher education, retail, hospitality, and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and clients.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards relevant to the project.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience managing commercial interiors and tenant improvement projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
