The Project Manager - Petroleum Construction will oversee and manage construction projects within the petroleum sector, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage petroleum construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedules.
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Manage project resources and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Utilize estimating software to prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular project meetings to assess performance and address issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of design build principles and construction practices.
- Proficiency in estimating software and cost management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
