Project Manager

We're a full-service general contracting and construction management firm based right outside of Chicago, IL. Founded in 2022, we offer self-perform services in general carpentry, cast-in-place concrete, concrete footings, and pre-cast concrete for commercial and light industrial projects. We have a proven track record of exception service delivery and a commitment to excellence that's contagious. We're looking to grow our team and add an experience Project Manager with concrete experience, does this sound like you?!

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Ensure adherence to quality control standards and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders and management.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the concrete construction industry.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with quality control processes and standards in construction.
