What You Will Be Doing

- Working with Project Executive & Superintendent on a ground up, new development in downtown Raleigh
- Overseeing finance for the project, materials, etc. to keep on track of timeline and budget

What You Need for this Position

- BS in Construction Management or similar
- Minimum 3+ years of experience
- Have been a part of 3 or more Multi Family projects
