Project Manager - Glazing

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager specializing in Glazing to oversee and manage various glazing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards while effectively coordinating with clients, vendors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of glazing projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the glazing industry or related field.
Strong knowledge of commercial glazing, curtainwall, and storefront systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
