Title: Project Manager - Food Manufacturing/R&D
Location: Conyers, GA - HYBRID (3 Days on Site + 2 Days Remote) - Relocation Assistance Available
Salary: $100,000-$105,000/Year + 7-10% Bonus and $300/month Car Allowance
Requirements: 5+ Years in a Project Management role within the Food and Beverage Manufacturing Industry. Candidate must have experience with Cross-Functional Teams within the R&D and Manufacturing realm. Candidate must have experience with project management and implementing programs for product launch. What You Will Be Doing

1. Provides project administration and support for various project workflows within Product Development,
understanding the new product commercialization workflow. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure key project
deliverables are met.

2. Assists Project Management team to develop and implement programs and systems to improve efficiencies, speed
and quality of documentation support, project timelines and compliance efforts in support of departmental and
business unit goals and objectives.

3. Supports the product development team through implementation and project support of strategic commercialization
initiatives.

4. Manages internal project workflows, to ensure proper alignment and approval of key decisions.

5. Planning and leading pre-production and small-scale meetings to align on project milestones.

6. Assist manufacturing in process optimization and trouble shooting.

7. Work cross-functionally to collaborate, support and communicate formula/document accuracy.

8. Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary.

What You Need for this Position

-Minimum 5-7 years of project management, food industry and product development experience. Strong communication and relationship building skills.

-Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

-FDA and USDA regulations and requirements.

-Food product development and processes.

-Experience on a food manufacturing floor/environment

-Project management tools and methodologies
