Process Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to oversee and improve our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in metal component production and engineering principles to enhance operational efficiency, ensure quality control, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize production processes for metal components
Create and review mechanical drawings and AutoCAD drawings
Manage production orders and schedule operations efficiently
Conduct quality control checks to ensure product specifications are met
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production challenges
Prepare submittals and documentation for projects
Implement construction and installation methods that enhance efficiency
Collaborate with project management teams to ensure timely project delivery
Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement
Train and support production staff on best practices and new processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in metal operations and fabrication processes
Strong understanding of quality control principles
Ability to prepare technical documentation and submittals
Familiarity with production scheduling software, such as Acumatica
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to think critically
Self-motivated with a proven track record of process improvement
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
