Title: PLC Technician

We are looking for a PLC technician to maintain plant facility and equipment by using resources and tools available; Trouble shoot equipment using PLC logic; Write/modify PLC programs as needed; Perform preventative maintenance; complete paperwork.

What You Will Be Doing:

Inspect equipment for potential failures.
Repair and calibrate instruments.
Troubleshoot using PLC logic.
Replace electrical components as needed.
Upgrade processing and packaging systems.
Handle special projects.
Modify PLC programs and add inputs/outputs.
Assess and complete necessary repairs.
Ensure cost-effective, timely fixes.
Follow GMP guidelines.
Spot potential issues early.
Address root causes of breakdowns

What You Need for this Position

3+ years of experience or AAS in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or similar field
PLC troubleshooting and programming (Allen Bradley) required
