Paralegal

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist with legal research, documentation, and case management, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently to facilitate the smooth operation of legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation and litigation support.
  • Manage case files and maintain organized documentation.
  • Communicate with clients and provide updates on case progress.
  • Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Assist in the discovery process and manage evidence documentation.
  • File legal documents with courts and maintain filing procedures.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and maintain ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a paralegal or in a similar role.
  • Strong legal writing and research skills.
  • Familiarity with case management software and filing procedures.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
