Operations Manager

Position Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. This role involves managing staff, optimizing operational procedures, and collaborating with various departments to achieve organizational goals, particularly in real estate operations and senior housing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective operational strategies and processes to enhance productivity.
Supervise the operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with finance and project management teams to manage budgets and resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with tax credit regulations and standards related to senior housing and rural development.
Facilitate communication across departments to foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in conventional market rate housing and related areas.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in real estate or housing sectors.
Strong understanding of tax credit regulations and senior housing requirements.
Demonstrated experience in rural development and conventional market rate operations.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions that drive operational success.
