Mechanical Project Leader - FE/EIT Required

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Leader to oversee and manage various mechanical engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, engineering principles, and design, along with FE/EIT certification. This role involves leading project teams, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications and deadlines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineering, to develop integrated project solutions.
Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and project team members.
Prepare and present project proposals, status updates, and technical documentation to stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively to meet project goals.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations, including LEED certification requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
FE/EIT certification is required; PE certification is a plus.
5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on HVAC and design.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
Proficiency in engineering design software and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
