Job Title: Materials Science Technician
Location: Wall Township, NJ
Salary: $55K - $75K
Requirements: 1+ years of experience in manufacturing of inks, pastes, or similar materials / Background in producing inks, pigments, slurries / Previous experience using a 3-Roll Mill (Helpful)

- Assist in developing new materials
- Manufacture batchers of material to specific standards
- Measure and record QC parameters for materials
- Support the production and engineering team by characterizing material properties
- Work with manufacturing to develop new product processes and improve existing
- Help in the manufacture of Conductive pastes and inks
- Use rheology, and other equipment characterize material batches
- Utilize various dispense or screen-printing equipment to perform prints for research and quality control
- Work independently to carry out experiments and collect process data
- Follow process SOP conditions to ensure consistent material production
- Work with the research team to formulate batches of materials to support product development
- Keep accurate and detailed laboratory records
- Process and analyze data and report to team members
- Assist research and engineering staff with setting up and conducting experiments
- A.S. in technical discipline
- Excellent written, verbal, team, interpersonal and communication skills
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing of inks, pastes, or similar materials
- Background in producing inks, pigments, slurries
- Previous experience using a 3-Roll Mill (Helpful)
- Strong in Quality Control procedures and documentation
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Products
- Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented decision making
