Manufacturing Engineer

Position Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes and systems to enhance efficiency and quality. This role focuses on production planning and optimizing operations while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing operations.
Conduct analysis and troubleshooting of manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
Utilize production planning techniques to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining inventory levels.
Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to ensure product specifications are met.
Participate in cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives related to automation and robotics.
Ensure adherence to ISO standards and other regulatory requirements in manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in production planning and manufacturing processes.
Strong understanding of quality control principles and techniques.
Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
Experience with CAD software and design tools is an advantage.
Knowledge of process improvement strategies and materials engineering is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage projects effectively and work within a team environment.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis techniques.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
