Position Overview
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities in a food manufacturing facility. This role ensures that all machinery and equipment operate efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the maintenance team and oversee daily maintenance operations.
Plan and schedule preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions and failures.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime during maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct training and development programs for maintenance staff.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and techniques, particularly in food manufacturing.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage a team and communicate effectively.
Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing setting.
Technical degree or certification in maintenance or related field preferred.
