Maintenance Manager
Position Overview
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance activities of the facility to ensure optimal operation, safety, and efficiency. This role includes managing maintenance staff, planning and executing maintenance projects, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance facility operations.
- Manage and lead the maintenance team, providing training and support as needed.
- Oversee equipment repair and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Manage budgets for maintenance projects and activities.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Evaluate and implement improvements in mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within a maintenance or facilities management role.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills.
- Experience in team leadership and personnel management.
- Budgeting and inventory management skills.
