Position Overview

The Maintenance/Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and engineering functions of the facility. This role ensures that all equipment is operating safely and efficiently while leading a team to implement best practices in maintenance and engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the maintenance and engineering team to achieve operational excellence.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
Oversee PLC programming and troubleshoot issues related to Allen Bradley systems.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure maintenance schedules align with production needs.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facility systems and equipment.
Manage budgets and resource allocation for maintenance and engineering projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in maintenance and engineering management.
Strong knowledge of PLC programming and Allen Bradley systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
