Our team has built an incredible culture, and we are looking to add new attorneys as business continues to rapidly expand.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in litigation cases in court and before administrative agencies
Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Conduct legal research to support case strategies
Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Advise clients on their legal rights and options
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting litigation practices

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
Strong understanding of civil litigation processes and procedures
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively
Experience in business litigation and real estate law is a plus
