Insurance Coverage Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join us in Boston. In this role you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation regarding insurance coverage issues, including litigation matters and bad faith claims. You will play a vital role in analyzing policy language, assessing coverage disputes, and developing legal strategies to defend our clients' interests. Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on insurance coverage matters and policy interpretation
Represent clients in litigation
Analyze complex insurance policies and determine coverage obligations
Defend clients against bad faith claims
Participate in class action lawsuits involving insurance issues
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant case law and statutes
Collaborate with insurance adjusters and claims professionals to resolve disputes effectively

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD)
Barred in MA is a MUST- admitted in NY, NH, or RI is a plus
3+ years of experience in insurance coverage or defense litigation
Strong knowledge of insurance law and regulations
Experience with bad faith and class action litigation is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
