Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Hybrid Process Engineer - Heavy Industrial Plant to join our team. This role will focus on optimizing chemical processes and enhancing operational efficiency within a heavy industrial environment, ensuring our plant operates smoothly in a 24/7 setting.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct process optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Perform data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in chemical processes.
Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline operations and minimize waste.
Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to monitor and control processes effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute capital improvement projects (CapEX).
Provide technical expertise on solids and solid feedstock handling within the plant environment.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process performance metrics and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical process engineering, preferably in a heavy industrial setting.
Demonstrated experience with process optimization and data analysis.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and SPC methodologies.
Experience working in a 24/7 plant environment.
Familiarity with capital improvement projects (CapEX) is essential.
Aspen software proficiency is a plus.
