General Manager
Position Overview
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the company achieves its financial and operational goals. This role requires strong leadership, business management skills, and the ability to implement continuous improvement processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient and effective business processes.
- Lead and motivate the management team to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Manage budgets and resource allocation effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager
- 5+yrs business management skills with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
- Mus have experience in metals and/or aerospace industry.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and metrics.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
