**CONSTRUCTION SITES LOCATED IN WESTERN US**

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee construction projects and ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Foreman will be responsible for managing the work of construction crews, coordinating tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of construction workers
Ensure that all safety regulations and guidelines are followed on site
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications
Schedule tasks and allocate resources efficiently to optimize productivity
Provide training and support to team members as needed

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control
Excellent team coordination and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or degree in construction management is a plus
