Job Title: Estate Planning Attorney
Location: Solana Beach, CA - relocation offered!
Compensation: $100K - $150K + uncapped bonuses

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of estate planning, trust administration, and probate law. This role involves providing comprehensive legal services to clients, helping them navigate complex estate planning issues and ensuring their wishes are accurately documented and executed.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
Provide legal advice to clients regarding estate planning and asset protection
Manage the administration of trusts and estates, including probate proceedings
Conduct client meetings to discuss their estate planning needs and objectives
Assist clients in minimizing estate taxes and ensuring compliance with applicable laws
Stay up-to-date with changes in estate planning laws and regulations
Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to create holistic estate plans

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in CA. Licenses in Nevada, Wyoming, Arizona, Texas, or Florida are a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, or probate law
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services
