Consultant, Ecommerce Customer Service + Technology

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Consultant for our Ecommerce Customer Service + Technology team. This position focuses on enhancing customer interactions through technology and ensuring an exceptional online retail experience. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in troubleshooting and customer support to optimize our digital channels and drive customer satisfaction.

Open to Remote or Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for ecommerce platforms and systems.
Troubleshoot customer inquiries and issues related to online retail.
Enhance user experience by analyzing customer feedback and implementing improvements.
Assist in the management of digital marketing strategies that facilitate customer engagement.
Utilize content management systems (CMS) to ensure accurate product listings and information.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer service processes.
Collaborate with product management to align customer needs with service offerings.
Implement and manage customer service automation tools and platforms such as Zendesk and Intercom.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service and technical support, preferably in an ecommerce environment.
Strong understanding of online retail, digital marketing, and user experience (UX).
Familiarity with data analysis techniques to drive decision-making.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and ecommerce platforms.
Knowledge of customer service tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Liveperson, Full Story, and Gladly.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
