Position Overview
We are looking for a General Superintendent to lead and manage complex construction projects from initial planning through to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate and supervise all construction personnel and activities across our Canton, MA office and various job sites in MA and CT. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in multi-family housing construction, particularly in ground-up development, occupied renovations, and/or reuse and preservation projects.
