Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Attorney to provide comprehensive legal support for our corporate transactions, governance, and compliance needs. You will play a key role in advising our organization on legal matters related to corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and corporate finance. We pride ourselves on promoting a team-oriented culture which allows us to deliver excellent service to our clients through genuine relationships. Benefits
We offer a competitive salary for this position, ranging between $118,000 -$140,000 annually. We offer Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K plans. We have an annual standard of 1800 billable hours with 50 hours of pro bono service(treated as billable). We have a set partnership track, so you'll know where you're headed from day 1!
