Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic construction team. The Estimator will play a crucial role in project planning and cost management, providing accurate estimates that help guide our construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Analyze project documents to identify scope, materials, and labor needs for accurate estimation.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to clarify project details and resolve discrepancies.
Utilize estimating software and tools, including Hard Dollar and Primavera, to enhance estimation accuracy.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost factors to ensure competitive bids.
Review and adjust estimates based on changes to project scope or unforeseen circumstances.
Assist in the development of project budgets and financial forecasts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of estimating principles and practices.
Proficient in using estimation software, preferably Hard Dollar and Primavera.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with various stakeholders.
