Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Superintendent to oversee construction projects within the healthcare and K-12 education sectors. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in healthcare and K-12 education sectors.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Assist in resolving any project-related issues that may arise.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction projects, particularly in healthcare and K-12 education.
• Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
• Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare facilities construction standards and regulations.
• Experience with Procore and Sage project management software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of medical, hospital, commercial, and educational construction practices.
