We specialize in a wide range of commercial roofing solutions, and we're looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing project management, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to lead teams to successful project completion.
As a Commercial Roofing Project Manager you will oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring quality and safety standards, and fostering positive client relationships. While your primary office will be based in Dallas, you will have the flexibility to visit job sites in Houston and Austin as needed.
Project Management: Lead and manage roofing projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Budgeting and Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track project budgets, and approve invoices.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations at all job sites.
Travel Flexibility: Occasionally visit job sites in Houston and Austin as needed to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
Reporting: Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial roofing project management or related construction field.
Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, construction processes, and industry standards.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and make decisions under pressure.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, teams, and vendors.
Travel Flexibility: Must be open to occasional travel to job sites in Houston and Austin.
Certifications: Roofing-specific certifications preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
