We are a manufacturing company based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. We handle business in 42 out of 50 states with satellite locations in 10 other states. We are about 110 employees total and have been in business for well over 40 years. We have recently scaled up to a nation wide client base over the past 10 years and we are ready to bring in a full time CFO to help keep the financial growth of the company on track.

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of corporate accounting experience, or similar expereince in public accounting fields. Someone with direct experience working for or with other manufacturing companies and that is open to being in the office. There is flexibility with this to work from home when there are not meetings requiring you to be on site. What you will be doing

Develop and execute financial strategies.
Oversee budgeting and cost control
Manage cash flow and liquidity.
Prepare and present financial reports.
Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Oversee capital allocation and investments.
Mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance.
Integrate financial systems with operations.
Collaborate with supply chain to optimize costs.
Support strategic partnerships.
Lead and mentor finance teams.
Drive cost efficiency and profitability.
Communicate financial updates to the board.

What you need

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
Extensive experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Expertise in cost control, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.
Leadership and team management skills.
Strategic thinking with strong decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of compliance, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
Experience with M&A, capital management, and funding.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
