Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior or Audit Manager to lead our audit team and oversee the audit process for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and internal controls, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion.
Develop audit strategies and plans to assess internal controls and compliance with regulations.
Review and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations affecting auditing practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in audit
Strong knowledge of internal controls and audit processes.
Experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks and Ultra Tax is a plus.
Familiarity with CCH Prosystem and PPC Smart is desirable.
Experience in public accounting and real estate industry is preferred.
