Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will specialize in personal injury law and have experience handling cases related to liability, wrongful death, and car accidents. This position involves providing expert legal advice, representing clients in court, and working diligently to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal counsel to clients on personal injury and liability cases
Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
Conduct thorough legal research and prepare necessary legal documents
Investigate case facts and gather evidence to support client claims
Develop effective legal strategies to resolve cases favorably
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law and relevant legislation
Communicate regularly with clients about case progress and developments

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the state
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law
Proven track record in handling liability and wrongful death cases
Excellent negotiation and litigation skills
Strong research and writing abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
