Established (10+ Years) Personal Injury Law Firm Seeking Associate Attorney in Los Angeles, CA
An established firm specializing in plaintiff personal injury law is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience to join their team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background from a top undergraduate or law school; exceptional legal writing skills; and experience in class actions, technology, or consumer-related cases open to making the switch to plaintiff PI.
Offer:
$130,000-$160,000 contingent on experience

Qualifications:
3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably from a Big Law firm
Juris Doctorate from a top-tier law school
Active membership in the California State Bar
Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail
Experience in class actions, technology, or consumer-related cases is highly desirable
Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims from inception through resolution
Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Engage in all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
Collaborate effectively with clients, experts, and colleagues to develop case strategies
Represent clients in court proceedings, demonstrating strong advocacy skills
