Account Manager - Upstream Oilfield High-Pressure Pump Equipment Sales (E-Frac, Pumps)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to drive sales of our high-pressure pump equipment in the upstream oilfield sector, specifically focusing on E-Frac and other specialized pumps. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the oil and gas industry and a proven track record in equipment sales, allowing us to expand our market presence and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the upstream oilfield sector.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for high-pressure pump equipment, including e-frac, quintuplex, and triplex plunger pumps.
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to understand product specifications and customer requirements.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives through strategic planning and execution.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment sales within the oil and gas industry.
In-depth knowledge of high-pressure pump systems and applications, especially e-frac technology.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex product specifications.
Proven sales track record with a focus on developing long-term client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
