We continue to operate as an Authorized Distributor of Record (ADR) for over 90 generic pharmaceutical manufacturers and are still privately held today. Additionally, we offer over 7,000 pharmacies in all 50 states with vitamins, OTC healthcare goods, pharmacy supplies, and select brand medications.

Position Overview
The Account Manager - Inside Sales is responsible for managing client accounts and driving sales initiatives within the pharmaceutical sector. This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

Position Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00a.m. - 7:00p.m.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify new sales opportunities within current accounts and expand the client base through strategic outreach.
Conduct regular account reviews and prepare reports on account status, sales performance, and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to effectively communicate with clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and market dynamics.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
